+++CORONA DIARIES 3+++ "Bored by my freetime" by Micha Conzelmann, 9a
Bored by my freetime by Micha Conzelmann, 9a
Three weeks ago, the corona-crisis started in Germany. All of a sudden I had to work at home. Everything changed at the point, when Mrs. Merkel held her speech. The hairdressers had to close their shops, so my Mum had to cut my hair. First I had thought that when I am done with my homework of the day, I could go outside to see my friends. But their parents said, that they have to stay at home. The last time I saw a friend was two weeks ago, so I don't have much of a social life anymore.
The only people who I see, are my parents, my brother and sometimes the staff at the supermarket, when I have to go there and search for toilet tissue, flour or yeast. My sister isn't at home, because she drove to Heilbronn, before the crisis had started.
Friday at six o'clock, I usually get ready for the brass band, but for understandable reasons, it has been cancelled. When it comes to my private maths lessons, I have to use Zoom, which is like Skype.
Another noticeable fact is, that in the past it was really irritating when children shouted across the street, because there is a kindergarden and a playground, but now I miss it even a little.
When I'm really bored I sometimes sit on our balcony and there are no airplanes in the sky, which is a good fact about the virus, because it is better for the environment on our planet.
So these are the things which changed because of the virus, of which I hope it will be over in a few weeks.
